FastFound vs Vercite
What they are genuinely good at, where we differ, and who should pick which. We have tried not to write the version where we win every row.

What Vercite is genuinely good at
They publish their prices. Starter is $59 a month and Professional $109, on the website, where you can read them without booking a call. In a category where the biggest names quote enterprise and nothing else, that is a real courtesy to a small buyer.
For a small brand with no budget this is the cheapest honest way in, and we mean that as advice rather than as a compliment we can afford. If a hundred a month is what you have, spend it here rather than on nothing.
Fast onboarding. Auto-mapped competitors and a ready-made prompt library mean you have something to look at the day you sign up, and for a first look at whether AI engines know you exist, that is enough.
European, and small enough that you will speak to someone who knows the product.
Where we differ
We publish our answers to all 31 methodology questions, including the limits of our own score. As far as we can establish, no other platform in this comparison has published theirs.
The prompt library is AI-generated and competitors are auto-mapped when you sign up. That is convenient, and it is also exactly what questions 3 and 6 of the methodology set are about: are these the questions real users ask, and does the test design settle the result before the market gets a vote? The point is about the practice rather than the company, and it applies to us as well — our panel is configured too, which is why we publish in plain words that our score describes a configured, locked panel and not what every real user encounters. We could not find a methodology page on their site.
23 languages, 35 markets, local currency and local tax wording — and the work is done in your language, not translated into it afterwards.
Sold in English. We sell and work in 23 languages, and on the Starter tier the comparison is not really like for like anyway: it covers ChatGPT only, and your customers are not all in one engine.
AI probes run on Google Vertex AI in Frankfurt (europe-west3); search data is processed in Germany by an Estonian company. Every sub-processor is documented.
We have not audited where they process data and we make no claim about it. What we will state about ourselves: AI probes run on Google Vertex AI in europe-west3 (Frankfurt), search data is processed in Germany by an Estonian company, and every sub-processor is written down with its transfer instrument.
A tool hands you a dashboard and a list of tasks. We run the tasks. That is the difference between a subscription and a growth department.
Thirty prompts and a dashboard tell you where you stand. Nobody at the other end writes the pages, fixes the markup or chases the mentions — that is still your evening. We do the work and report what we did.
Who should pick which
If your budget is under a hundred euros a month, buy Vercite. We are not a hundred-euro product and we are not going to pretend a small brand should stretch to us before it has something worth measuring. Start there, learn what the questions look like, and come back when the answer starts costing you work.
We are for the point at which you need to know how the number was produced, need it in the language your customers buy in, and need somebody to act on it rather than file it.
There is no performance figure anywhere on this page. We do not publish one — ours or anybody else's — until it is our own measured result, and we do not have one yet. Anyone showing you a number should be able to tell you whose data it is.
